Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Virtu at Upper Valley is a pet-friendly community welcoming both
cats and dogs. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per apartment
home. All pets are subject to a weight limit of 50 lbs. each and
must be spayed or neutered. A pet interview is required prior to
approval. Aggressive breeds are restricted (breed list available
upon request from the leasing office). All pet fees, deposits, and
monthly pet rent are charged per pet. Residents must provide
current vaccination records and proof of spay/neuter at the time
of pet registration. Pets must be leashed at all times in common
areas, and residents are responsible for prompt clean-up. Please
